M'lore: Couples for Christ Members Celebrate Family Day

Mangalore, Jan 20: The members of Couple for Christ (CFC) under Mangalore diocese, has observed fifth ‘family day’ at Bejai parish hall, in the city, on Sunday, January 20.

Holy Eucharistic mass was celebrated to mark this occasion by Fr Francis Serrao, rector of St Aloysius Educational Institutions and Fr Victor D’Mello, spiritual director of CFC.











 

CFC national leaders, Tony Correa, Vivian D’Souza, Agnelo Fernandes from Goa, Walter Crasta from Mumbai and Abigail, national head of Kids for Christ (KFC) were the chief guests, present on the occasion. CFC area directors, Alex and Lynette Serrao, Maxwell and Juliana Mascarenhas, were present on this occasion. A CFC household leaders’ manual was released on this occasion.

Later, the members of KFC, Youth for Christ (YFC), Singles for Christ (SFC) and CFC members performed various cultural programmes and entertained the gathering.

Melwyn and Neeta Fernandes compered the programme.

    Thanks daiji team, for giving this coverage. I have been a part of YFC in mumbai for an integral 9 yrs of my life, This family day just brought back old memories...I could see uncle Tony after so long, felt great Beautiful Coverage Lovely work by uncle walter, alex & aunty lynette. keep it up.     Thank you so much DAIJIWORLDI for giving coverage to CFC family day function realy it was a beautiful gathering of Couples Youths &Children this type of gathering and programme we can get only in CFC We pray that by 2008 CFC Members get doubled
