Mangalore: Value Education Programme held in Kinnigoli

Mangalore, Jan 19: A programme on value education was inaugurated by Devdas Rao, Yogacharya of Shakthidarshan Yogashram in Kinnigoli here recently.

Speaking at the inaugural ceremony he called upon the students to set a goal in life and develop creativity. He further said that intelligence does not come from only reading or calculating but also through creativity.

Karunayasagar Das of ISKCON, Dr Unnikrishna, Multi-disciplinary Research Centre, Dr G N Bhat, Dr Keshav Pai, Dr Susan D’Souza and Suraj were the resource persons.

Student welfare officer Prof Satish Bhat enumerated the objectives of the programme.

College correspondent S S Kamath and Principal Prof Shivanand Bhat were present.
