Mangalore: Free Training for Physically-challenged by MTCB

A free training course is being offered by the Mobility Training Centre for the Blind (MTCB), informed a press release here on Thursday January 17.

The free training course includes training to physically-challenged persons in tailoring, preparing candles and toys and paper bags. Those interested in availing the training should produce the required certificate from a government doctor.   

Training materials will be given freely through the funds allocated to it from the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development (UMHRD), stated the press release further.
