The "Smart City" will look smarter with the quality of architecture and the improved quality of life that the people will continue to enjoy in the midst of growing economy, growing education and growing lifestyle.

    The high rise complexes all over Mangalore with tasteful landscape has brought and will continue to bring greater attraction to the city of Mangalore. During our recent visit to Mangalore we even took a long pleasure dreive towards Mudipu and witnessed some of the fine developments relating to Education and many other infrastructural plans that will bring additional prominence to the facelift of Mangalore.

    This is the best time to think of some flyovers in and out of Mangalore. It's going to be an uphill task to expand any road construction while the traffic is flooding everywhere. Most of the construction job, including the laying of concrete in some of the major junctions is carried out by manual labor with basic tools. This old-fashioned road construction projects must change with more modern methods in order to avoid chaotic traffic jams in peak hours.

    Modern construction techniques are expensive investments with a boost in technology, but it's all going to cover up with the growth in taxation and growth in revenues.

    The people of Mangalore always possessed a 'forward looking' attitude, and therefore an advanced method of road repairs and road expansions should receive best possible attention.
