Mangalore, Jan 14: A new chapter ‘JCI Mangalore – Central’ of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Puttur, Zone 15 will be inaugurated on Wednesday January 16, at Lions Seva Mandir, Mallikatta, in the city.
Yashodhar P Karkera, president of the chapter informed media persons, at a press conference here on Monday January 14.
‘JCI Mangalore – Central’ will be inaugurator by Dr M Mohan Alva, chairman of Alva's Education Foundation, Moodbidri. Bhagavandas, president of CARDTS, Bangalore, will be the chief guest on the occasion. The installing officer will be Muralishyam, zone president and the guest of honour will be Shashikiran Rai, zone vice-president, Region - C, he added.
Raghavendra Rao, secretary of the chapter and others were present at the press conference.
