Seven students killed in rebel shelling in Aleppo

Damascus, Nov 20 (IANS): At least seven children were killed in rebel shelling on a school in Syria's Aleppo city on Sunday, a monitor group reported.

The shelling targeted a school on the Al-Furqan neighbourhood in the government-controlled part west of Aleppo, Xinhua news agency cited the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights as saying.

The official SANA news agency also reported the attack, saying 20 other children were wounded.

It added that all the wounded are in a critical condition.

The attack is the latest in a series of endless shelling by the rebels on government-held part of Aleppo.
