Mangalore, Dec 31: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the preliminary examinations of IAS, IPS, IFS and other posts of Group A – B, which will be held on May 8, 2008.

Eligibility criteria:  One should complete 21 years as on August 1, 2008 while maximum age allowed was 30 years.

One should hold a degree from any recognized university. The applications forms are available at Central Post Office, Pandeshwar, on payment of Rs 20 each while a Rs 50 postal stamp of Central Recruitment should be affixed on the envelope and send the same to the following address, latest by January 28, 2008:
