Udupi, Dec 26: Preparations are in full swing for 'Pura Pravesham' (entry) of next Paryaya Swamiji Sugunendra Tirtha of Puttige Math, informed members of the reception and organizing committees Prof Herinje Krishna Bhat, Prof Sripati Tantri and MLA K Raghupati Bhat.

Speaking at a press conference here on Tuesday December 25, they said that the Pura Pravesham will be held on Friday December 28 at 4.30 pm.

The Swamiji will enter the town at Jodukatte near Kinnimulky where members of the public will welcome him. More than 100 groups will sing bhajans at the entry spot, they added.

The procession will move via Diana Circle, Koladapete and Tenkapete and terminate at Krishna Temple. It will be followed by a public programme presided over by Dharmadhikari of Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala Dr Veerandra Heggade.
