Mangalore: 'BJP will Follow Gujarat Model in State'

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangalore (AF)

Mangalore, Dec 24: BJP state president D V Sadanand Gowda has said that Narendra Modi's win in Gujarat elections was a victory for Hindutva and BJP will follow a similar pro-development governance if it came to power in the state.

He was speaking at the BJP convention 'Vikasa' held here on Sunday December 23.

Referring to vented dam project in the city, Gowda accused the Congress government of interfering with the release of Rs 40 crore for the project.

Gowda alleged that though the previous government had promised to release the said fund, the present Congress government has been delaying the project by offering to release only one-third of the sum and leaving the rest to be raised through special fund.

He urged Congress leaders Veerappa Moily and Janardhan Poojary to take action in the matter and release Rs 40 crore for the driking water project.

Among those present were former district in-charge minister B Nagaraj Shetty, BJP state spokesperson Suresh Kumar, state general secretary Shobha Karandlaje and former MLAs Yogish Bhat and Krishna J Palemar.

Yes Mr Sadananda Gowda, we have seen your model in Mangalore a few days ago, just as elections are approaching. Don't worry, the situation there is such that you will win the election on the blood of innocents. How much more should people suffer just because you and your friends want to come to power?

Yes, already BJP and group started Gujarat style with beating and attacking kids of other faith and now balance left is raping torching, and killing - role model of Gujarat in the name of Hindutwa. No religion teaches this style of dictatorship, he plans to reach CM's chair and wants to run on Kannadiga's blood.
