Bantwal, Dec 21: Steevan D’Souza Mogarnad has been appointed as vice-president of Panemangalur Block Congress Minority unit, on Monday December 18 by the Congress state president.
 
He is the son of the late John Patrick D’Souza and Christine D’Souza and a young entrepreneur.  He is actively involved in parish activities and has held various posts with Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM).
