Mangalore: Day-long Workshop 'Persona' Inaugurated

Mangalore, Dec 18:  A one-day personality development workshop 'Persona' organized by the department of commerce of St Agnes colleges was inaugurated on Tuesday December 18 in the College's Conference hall, Sophia block.

There are some rules and regulations for the participation, with the participation being restricted only to final year college students and each college eligible to send not more then 3 entrants with the registration fee of Rs.50/- to be paid in cash on registration, are some of the rules enumerated in its press release.  

The inaugural function began at 9 am and ended at 9.30 am. Then started the session topic from 9.30 onwards namely 'How to be an effective communicator?' which was dealt Prof Malini Hebbar. Next session was on 'Stress Management' which was covered by Prof Clement D'souza.
 
Two more sessions on 'How to face an interview' by Samina Nayak and 'Self-awareness' by Lionel Aranha are slated to be held in the afternoon.  The valedictory of the programme will be held in the evening.
