Mangalore, Dec 13: “Prakriti Mattu Naavibbaru” meaning “Nature and We Two”, a painting exhibition by Sudhir Kumar and Balakrishna Shetty, is being organized at  Prasad Art Gallery in the city  from December 13 to 16. It begins at 5 pm. here on Thursday and will be open for public viewing from 10 am. to 8 pm.
 
According to the artists, it is an attempt on their part to capture the inexplicable and mysterious aspects of nature. It is an attempt to breathe life into the varied images of nature through art. In a statement they said. “Whatever may be the style, technique and presentation of different artists, the sum of it ultimately adds to art as a whole.”
 
Architect and interior designer Dinesh K Shet is inaugurating the exhibition while Besant Women’s College principal Prof K J Manjula is presiding over the function.

Kudremukh wildlife foundation architect Niren Jain, artists Theertharam Valalambe, N S Pattar, Sajipamuda Government PU college principal K S Ramesh and Moodushedde Government higher primary school teacher K Veena Kumari will be the chief guests.
