Mangalore, Nov 26: It is an era of coalition governments. Most of the states in India are governed by rainbow coalition governments, but Uttar Pradesh remains different in this regard. Hence, Mayawati deserves to be the Prime Minster of India, said PGR Sindhia, BSP leader here on Monday November 26.

He was delivering the inaugural address at ‘Sahodaratvadedege Bahu Janara Nadige’ organized as a part of the state tour to strengthen the roots of BSP in Karnataka held at Government employees' auditorium (NGO Bhavan) at the taluk office premises here.

It is the high time that one imbibes the ideals like universal brotherhood, as it is the time to break all the barriers related to caste, creed and religion. Undivided DK district has been well known for the wise and wide thinking, as it has been bestowed with guidance and blessings of shrines and Maths. It should be known that no society can be built on the foundation of one single religion, he said.

He called upon the gathering to grow beyond all the barriers of religion and be freed of all the shackles of castes. In this regard the role played by BSP is indispensable as it is the only political party which welcomes and treats people from all faiths equally, hence BSP is the need of the hour, he asserted.

BSP is intellectually beyond all questions as it has accepted and been following the primary belief of the party inspired by legends of India, such as Jyotiba Phule and Dr BR Ambedkar. Congress and BJP are the two faces of the same coin, both divide the country on religion and caste and creed. Factories and companies are most welcome but it does not mean that interest of the people of the land is sacrificed and neglected.

Krishnanadna D, district president, welcomed the gathering.

Shridhar Kalvir, state chief secretary, zonal in-charge leader of Hassan presided over the function. B Gopal, state president, BSP, Koosappa, state secretary and others were present on the occasion.
