Every anti-Sikh riot victim will get justice: Rajanth

New Delhi, Jun 27 (IANS): Assuring the victims of 1984 anti-Sikh riots that justice will be ensured for one and all, Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday said a Special Investigation Team (SIT), after reviewing 286 cases, has recommended 22 cases to be reinvestigated.

Addressing a function to mark the 300th martyrdom anniversary of Sikh warrior Baba Banda Singh Bahadur at Fatehgarh Sahib in Punjab, the minister called upon the youth to come forward and get inspired by heroic deeds of the legendary warrior to fight against the divisive forces of terrorism.

Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal, Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal, MPs Prem Singh Chandumajra and Balwinder Singh Bhunder and a number of other dignitaries attended the function.

Mr. Shetty, I agree with your comments. Nawaz Sharif's Biryani has deflated 56" chest. Our brave soldier's are being sent to border like sheep to slaughter house. Where as Politicians enjoy plane, helicopter rides, a.c. cars and cabins, handful of salary. At least one month should be spent on border by every candidate as pre-requisition to contest election.

Yes Rajnath you are right every 1984 riot victim should get justice and guilty should be punished. But what Gujarat riots victims of 2002. Did they get any justice. Man who ordered to go slow on rioters is now PM. First you deliver justice to 2002 victims and then talk about 1984.
