Mehbooba wins Anantnag by-election by over 11,500 votes


Anantnag, June 25 (IANS): Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Saturday won the Anantnag by-election by nearly 11,550 votes over her nearest Congress rival Hilal Ahmad Shah.

Peoples Democratic Party President Mehbooba polled nearly 17,000 votes while Shah managed 5,589.
