Moradabad mayor dies of cardiac arrest

Lucknow, May 26 (IANS): Senior BJP leader and Moradabad Mayor Veena Agarwal died early Thursday after a cardiac arrest, a party leader said. She was the first woman mayor of the city.

Bharatiya Janata Party leaders said she was rushed to the Escorts hospital in Delhi by her husband, where she was pronounced dead on arrival. 

The Moradabad Municipal Corporation has announced a three-day mourning.

    She is very good and initiative positive leader for the moradabad.She is the first one who step forward to make the city as developed city.After becoming a mayor,A change in the environment of moradabad had been seen.She is the strong contender for BJP.
