70% want Narendra Modi to be PM till 2024, 62% happy with his performance: Survey

New Delhi, May 2 (Zee News): Notwithstanding the fact that many political pundits see Modi wave as diminishing, 70 percent still want Prime Minister Narendra Modi to return to power after completing the first five years of his tenure, claims a survey.

In a survey conducted by Centre for Media Studies, 70 percent people want Modi to remain as PM till 2024 and 62 percent people are satisfied with his performance.

However, 50 percent of people surveyed also believe that there has been no change in the condition of the country ever since PM Modi assumed office.

Also, 15 percent feel that the situation has further deteriorated in the past two years and 43 percent think that the benefits of schemes and policies for underprivileged are not reaching to the poor people in Modi's regime.

The survey had included around 4,000 respondents across rural and urban areas of 15 states.

When asked about the performance of Modi's Cabinet so far, the survey found that many appreciated works done by Sushma Swaraj, Rajnath Singh, Suresh Prabhu, Manohar Parrikar and Arun Jaitley, but were unhappy with ministers like Ram Vilas Paswan, Bandaru Dattatreya, JP Nadda, Prakash Javdekar and Radha Mohan Singh.

Performance of Smriti Irani was rated average by many.

Moreover, people have given thumbs up to the performance of Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Railways and Finance.

The assessment of ministries and Union Ministers was done based on four parameters - media presence, extent of activity on social media uilisation of MPLAD fund and people's opinion, says the survey.

This is a desperation of BJP and ZEE news to uplift BJP failed performance.

Whether it is BJP or Congress in power 100% of Indians are looking for better paying jobs, a better standard living and long story short when India prospers all Indians will prosper.

It really should not matter who is in power as the question is, by the governments policies are we moving forward, backward or stationery. If people are happy by the governments performance, then please also publish the achievements of the governments in the 2 years they are in power, and outline what do they plan to do in the next 2 years or more.

Moreover it is his opponents who had helped him in gaining popularity by frequently raking up the Gujarat riots, his personal life, marriage, qualifications, etc.

Note: Simple example, Modi's enemy Kejri is asking Modi's qualification..Did he dare to ask Italian lady's qualification..? Pappu's qualification ? Did he utter single word about Augusta Westland 3200 cr deal ? This type of partial attitude/ attack on Modi makes me to stay with Modi always..India will become super power under Modiji's leadership..My prediction and 70% people prediction won't go wrong..Jai Hind

Zee is known for producing doctored tapes about Khanaiya & made him hero at the behest of BJP.
They predicted landslide in Bihar for BJP & they miserably failed.
All these are at service of their Masters at the helm, creating hype while people are suffering due to bad policies & uncontrolled inflation along with artificially high rates of fuel fleecing all the people.
This is one more example of India Shining while People Suffering of 2004 repeated by paid media that sold fake Gujarath Model of Development, but alas the emperor has new set of cloths now & everyone knows about all the jumlas he has been fed.
Depending on this survey if Modi goes for early poll within 1 or 2 years he will have a mighty fall.
Only handful who have benefited are happy & rest are waiting for the next election to show these their place.
