Indian MBA student found dead at London tube station

London, Apr 18 (Agencies): An Indian enrolled for an MBA has been found dead at a tube or underground station in London.

Mir Baquer Ali Rizvi, 34, was from Hyderabad and had reportedly been living in the UK for six years.

He was killed last Tuesday after being hit by a train at a tube station in Osterly in South West London, said some reports. Others said there are concerns about a possible racist attack.

"The man's death is not being treated as suspicious and his family have been made aware. A file will be prepared for the coroner," an official was quoted as saying by news agency Press Trust of India.

A Telangana website reported that Mr Rizvi was injured last year in a racist attack and went home for treatment. "After going back to London, he lodged a complaint against the persons who had attacked him and the local court there had imposed huge fine on the accused," said the site.
