Mangalore, Oct 8: Navaratri and dasara festival will be celebrated at Kudroli Sri Gokarnanatha Temple here from Friday October 12 to Monday October 22.

The Mahanavarathri festival at the temple will commence on Friday October 12 at 9 am with religious rituals. On Saturday October 13 at 6.30 pm idols of Navadurga will be installed, whereas the Goddess Sharada’s idol will be installed at the temple on Monday October 15 at 10 am.

Vijayadashami celebrations and Dasara Shobha Yathra will be held on Sunday October 21. The procession will start from the temple at 4 pm. The procession will include tableaux and fancy dress, a press release from the temple stated.
