Daijiworld Media Network – Bantwal (KD/NR)

Bantwal, Oct 1: One who has cheated and made fools out of farmers is not fit to be the chief minister of a State, angrily declared district youth Congress president Bondal Jagannath here recently.

Addressing the media persons at the party office, Jagannath stated that the present coalition government under the leadership of Kumaraswamy is in a state of confusion with regard to Yediyurappa becoming the chief minister. In fact there is rare possibility of Yediyurappa ever becoming chief minister.

Jagannath predicted he is not fit to be a chief minister. The reason according to Jagannath is that he had bluffed the farmers by saying that he is waving off a loan amount of Rs 25,000 of the loan instead of waving of the entire amount. And even this amount has not been done.

Jagannath further said that by making false promises to the farmers, he is confusing them and they are in a state of turmoil weather to apply for a loan or not. Thus he held deputy chief minister Yediyurappa responsible, and not reliable to be the chief minister of the state.

Panemangalore Block Congress president K Padmanabha Rai, vice-president Lokanath Shetty were present.

Ab Kya Hoga, Gowda-ji?

Though I do not know Yediurappa is capable for CM's post or not, Mr. Yediurappa, as a gantleman, should not accept the CM's post till his party is elected by the voters. By aligning or maligning one should not try to become CM.

Instead Mr. Yediurappa should call for the elctions, though it is costly affair, to get mandate of the people and if he wins, then I accept him as a CM. After becoming CM and he doesn't do good to the state keeping in mind all are Indians then I blame the voters rather him.

One has to answer to the question when a person doesn't know anything , even doesn't know how to speak Hindi has become Prime Minister & what is the Problem with Mr. Yediurappa. He is also a citizen of India, Belongs to Karnataka & very well in speaking English when compared to Kumaraswamy. Also he's having vast political experience. It's some people trying to divide the saffron party by making such comments. As per me Yediurappa is having all qualities to lead Karnataka.
