Mangalore, Sep 30: Different parties have established their supremacy in local body elections in different towns.  Congress has won majority in Bantwal, Karkala, Ullal and Beltangady, while an alliance between JD(S) and BJP has won the majority of seats in Moodbidri. In Kundapur and Puttur, the BJP has won maximum seats, the BJP and Congress and other parties are equally poised in Sullia.
