Mangalore, Sep 26: Kumble Narasimha Prabhu has been elected president of Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) for the year 2007-08.

He was unanimously elected at the 66th annual general body meeting of KCCI, held at their office on Tuesday, September 25. Kumble Narasimha Prabhu has already served as secretary, treasurer and vice-president of KCCI in the past. He has also served as president of Lions Club Mangalore, Lions International District and regional chairman of Lions Club. He has also been recognized as a good MC, anchor and host for various competitions.
