Mangalore, Sep 24: Mangalore University will organize a National Service Scheme (NSS) Day and University level NSS award distribution ceremony at SDM Law College here on Tuesday September 25.
Lokayukta Justice N Santosh Hegde will be inaugurating the function here at 10.30 am.
M Maheshwar Rao, deputy commissioner will preside over the function, whereas prof K M Kaveriappa, vice-chancellor of the University will be the chief guest on the occasion.
K Sundar Nayak, registrar, Mangalore University and H S Suresh NSS regional assistant programme advisor will distribute awards to the winners as part of awards distribution ceremony, which will be held 3 pm.
