Mangalore, Sep 22: The Rotary Club, Lions Club, Rotaract Club, Inner Wheel Club of Kinnigoli, South Kanara Photographer's Assocation, Mulky zone and Catholic Sabha - Kinngoli Varado, in association with Susheela Gopala Pai Rotary Eye Hospital of Karkala, organized a Eye treatment camp in Yugapurusha Hall naear Kinnigoli.

Fr Alfred Pinto, parish priest of Kinnigoli church inaugurated the camp. Bhuvanabhirama uUupa Of Yugapursha, Heric Pais, President Rotary Club, Lions Club president Roshan Pinto and Lionel Pinto, of Photographers Association were present on the dais.
 
In his inaugural speech, Fr Alfred Pinto said eyes are the important part of human body. It is usually thought that the eye problems afflict people only after the age of 40. But today even small children develop vision problems. This could be because of excessive viewing of TV and exposure to computers. Elders should give proper guidance to the children when they are very young so that they could take care of their eyes.
 
Heric Pais welcomed the gathering and compered the programe. Ln Dr Roshan Pinto proposed a vote of Thanks.

Nearly 200 people took the benefit of this eye treatment camp.
