Three dead in UP road crash

Lucknow, Feb 1 (IANS): Three people were killed and three others critically injured when a speeding vehicle rammed into a truck in Faizabad district in Uttar Pradesh, police said on Monday.

The accident took place around Sunday midnight near the Tandauli crossing on the Ambedkar Nagar highway. Preliminary investigation showed the driver of the vehicle had apparently dozed off, leading to the accident.
