Hollande, Mukherjee arrive at Rajpath

New Delhi, Jan 26 (IANS): French President Francois Hollande arrived at the Rajpath here along with President Pranab Mukherjee for the Republic Day celebrations on Tuesday.

Hollande is the chief guest. Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached the Rajpath a few minutes ahead of them.

The crowd broke into an applause when Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar welcomed Modi who then greeted Vice President Hamid Ansari.
