Mangalore, Sep 7: A licence has been granted to Father Muller Medical College Hospital to prepare the blood components, by The Drug Control Department, government of Karnataka and the Central Licence Approving Authority.

The service was inaugurated at the blood bank premises, Asha Kiran ground floor on Friday September 7.

By this grant of licence the Father Muller Medical College Hospital’s blood bank will be able to serve the needy patients with fresh frozen plasma B P, platelet concentrate USP, concentrated human RBC IP, cryoprecipitate USP, platelet rich plasma and  single donor plasma.
