Bangalore, Sep 5: A day after the two suspects in the Hyderabad blasts were brought to Bangalore for a forensic test, including polygraph, brain mapping and narcoanalysis, one of the suspects Sayed Imran Khan revealed that HUJI South India commander Shahid Bilal was the main man behind the Hyderabad blasts.

The narcoanalysis test was conducted in Bowring Hospital in the city by the Forensic Science Laboratory experts.

In a three hour narcoanalysis test that was conducted on Tuesday morning, FSL sources said that Imran (25) an executive at a corporate bank in Hyderabad had revealed lot of ‘important’ and ‘sensitive’ information.

“He said that he had never met Bilal, but, was in constant touch with him and Bilal had planned the Hyderabad blasts. He also took names of several militants involved in the blast,” said the source.

Sources said that he did not mention anything about Bangalore or its connection to the Hyderabad blast and the questions were also purely restricted to the August 25 incident.

A polygraph test was conducted on Imran on Monday, while the same test was conducted on the other suspect Abdul Kaleem on Tuesday. The narcoanalysis test on Kaleem will be conducted on Wednesday, followed by a brain mapping test on both the suspects.

Kaleem and Imran were arrested from Hyderabad on charges of providing shelter to Shoiab Jagirdar, a native of Maharashtra, who was arrested in connection with the Mecca Masjid blast.

Kaleem had reportedly secured 50 mobile phone SIM cards and the police are trying to find out who he had secured the SIM cards for. Imran was in jail since his arrest in connection to the Mecca Masjid blast.

Earlier in a narcoanalysis test conducted on one Sheikh Abdul Nayeem alias Sameer, one of the accused in the blast and an associate of HUJI leader Abu Hamza had revealed in the test that Bilal had directed the entry of 10 kg RDX into Hyderabad in February this year.

Meanwhile, Bangalore police deny that any arrests were made in the city, which included a Bangladeshi woman and the sspected escape of Rizwan Gazi. Gazi is now most wanted by the Hyderabad police, as he resembles the man whose sketch was released. Sources had said that Rizwan had escaped, when the police were in a tussle with some other people.
