Mangalore, Sep 3: The celebration of ‘Teachers Day’ and felicitation of retired teachers will be held at A B Shetty Centenary Hall, Bunts Hostel in the city, here on Wednesday September 5 at 9.30 am. The programme is being organized by Mangalore taluk Teachers Day Celebration Committee.
The programme will be inaugurated by district-in-charge minister B Nagaraj Shetty. It will be presided over by Ranganathan, taluk panchayat president. MLCs, Cap Ganesh B Karnik. Blasius M D'Souza, B A Hasanabba, MLA’s Abaychandra Jain, Krishna J Palemar, UT Khader, deputy commissioner Maheshwara Rao, Mulki town panchayat president Celine Monteiro, Samir Shukla IAS, Sunder Shetty, chief secretary will be the chief guests on the occasion.
