New Delhi, Jan 2 (IANS): It was a foggy Saturday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 7.7 degrees Celsius, the Met office said.
The sky would remain clear throughout the day, an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said, adding the maximum temperature may hover around 24 degrees Celsius.
According to weather office, visibility at 8.30 a.m. was 700 metres and the humidity was recorded at 97 percent.
Friday's maximum temperature was recorded at 24.1 degrees Celsius, five notches above the season's average, while the minimum temperature settled at 6.6 degrees Celsius, a notch below the average of this time of the season.
