New Delhi, Jan 1 (IANS): It was a foggy Friday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 8.2 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average, the Met Office said.
The sky would remain partly cloudy throughout the day and the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 24 degrees Celsius, an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
The visibility at 8.30 a.m. was 300 meters and humidity was 95 percent.
Thursday's maximum temperature was recorded at 25.1 degrees Celsius, five notches above the season's average.
