Himachal governor, CM greet people on New Year

Shimla, Jan 1 (IANS): Himachal Pradesh Governor Acharya Devvrat and Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Friday felicitated the people on New Year.

Devvrat hoped that this year would bring happiness and prosperity in the lives of the people. He expressed hope that the state would witness more progress.

Virbhadra Singh in a message said: "New Year may fill the lives of the people with joy and happiness."
