PayUbiz launches OneTap technology

New Delhi, Dec 9 (IANS): Payments organisation PayUbiz has unveiled OneTap technology that will enable the consumer to make mobile payments through debit or credit cards by tapping once on the screen, a company statement said here on Wednesday.

OneTap technology is a combination of four different tech innovations that together provide a seamless online payments experience, the statement said.

The store card feature ensures that the consumers do not have to go through the pain of putting in the 16 digit card number repeatedly. The first factor authentication of putting the CVV each time while making an online payment is dispelled by the No-CVV feature.

"We are absolutely delighted to be the first to introduce OneTap technology. This is set to disrupt the way mobile payments are made in India," Rahul Kothari, business head, PayUbiz said.

"This is one in series of innovations we are going to deliver that will change the way consumers make payments online," he added.

PayUbiz services over 80 of the top 100 e-commerce companies in India. Its clientele enlists names like Goibibo, Snapdeal, Bookmyshow, yatra, makemytrip, Myntra, redbus, Jabong, Zomato and many more.
