New Delhi, Dec 9 (IANS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday greeted Congress president Sonia Gandhi on her birthday with wishes of good health and long life.

"On her birthday, greetings to Congress president Sonia Gandhi. May Almighty bless her with long life and good health," Modi said in a tweet.

Born on December 9, 1946, Gandhi is the longest serving president of the party, having been elected in 1998.
