Dec 08 (PTI/Agencies): Congress President Sonia Gandhi and son, Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday were exempted from personal appearance before a Delhi court in connection with the National Herald Case.
The Delhi Court directed Sonia Gandhi, Rahul and the other four accused in the case to appear in person on December 19 at 3 PM.
After today's hearing, Congress leader Abhishek Singhvi said the earliest possible date was given on the request. He added that on 19th December, all accused barring one who is in US would certainly be present.
