Mangalore, Aug 17: A three-day exhibition of medicinal plants, will be organized by the Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College from Saturday August 18 at Ashoknagar here. A general Ayurveda medical camp will also be organized in the college campus on the same occasion.

Nearly 150 medicinal plants will be displayed and some of them will be given, free of cost, a press release stated.

The college will also conduct a free medical check-up and medicine distribution programme for all types of diseases. Apart, the college will arrange for low-cost Ayurvedic panchakarma treatment at its hospital.

Satyanarayana Bhat, working president of Karnataka Biodiversity Board will inaugurate the event.
