Gunmen hold hostages in Mali hotel attack


Bamako, Nov 20 (IANS): A hostage situation developed as gunmen attacked a hotel in Mali's capital Bamako on Friday, the media reported.

Two people have "locked in" 140 guests and 30 employees at the Radisson Hotel, the company said.

A Chinese guest surnamed Chen told Xinhua via a mobile app that he was among a number of Chinese guests trapped in the hotel.

There was no reports of casualties so far.
