New Delhi, Nov 12 (IANS): It was a foggy morning here on Thursday with the minimum temperature settling at 16.5 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average.
"The sky would remain clear throughout the day," an official of the India Meteorological Department said.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 29 degrees Celsius.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was recorded at 70 percent.
Wednesday's maximum temperature was 29.1 degrees Celsius, average for the season, while the minimum was 15.4 degrees Celsius, slightly above the season's average.
