Mangalore, Aug 11: A two-day refresher course on HR facilitator as ‘Servant Leader’ will be organized by College for Leadership and Human Resource Development (CLHRD), a unit of Aim Insights HRD group from Tuesday August 14, stated a press release from principal Prof K P Sharma.
HR facilitators of CLHRD from different colleges and NGOs in the country are expected to attend the course.
A training programme on ‘Problem Solving’ will also be conducted for students those who are leaders of degree colleges in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts, by the CLHRD at the ASM Academy Hall in CLHRD premises on Monday August 13.
The training will be conducted by the Master facilitators of the College, it said. It will include concepts like brain storming, art of convincing, creative problem solving and mind skill exercises.
Certificates will be given to all the participants.
