Mangalore, Aug 3: The Mangalore City Corporation announced its agenda for “Jana Samparka Sabha” a public contact session starting from Thursday, August 2. These meetings will be held at nine different locations, in all the 60 deaneries, announced a press release here on Wednesday, August 1.

According to the corporation commissioner Krishnappa Poojary, the first meeting for deanery numbers 28 to 33 will be held at Bejai Church Hall. The meeting for deanery numbers 17 and 23 to 27 will be held on Friday, August 3 at Urva Stores grounds. On Saturday, August 4 the meeting will be held for deanery numbers 12 and 16 to 18 at Anantha Arcade at Navarathna Hall in Kavoor.

On Monday August 6 deanery numbers 34 and 38 to 41 will have their meeting at Kankanady grounds, and the meeting for deanery numbers 42 to 47 will be held on August 7 at Town Hall.

Deanery numbers 55 to 60 will have their meeting on Wednesday August 8 at the maternity centre, Jeppu. The meeting for deanery numbers 37, 48, 49 and 50 to 54 will be held on Thursday, August 9 at Samruddi Bhavan at Garodi.

For deanery numbers 19 to 22, 35 and 36 the meetings will be held on Friday, August 10 at Kulashekar Kalpane grounds and deanery numbers 1 to 11 will have their meeting on Monday, August 13 at Suratkal sub-office of the Mangalore City Corporation.

The commissioner Poojary requested the general public to take an active part in these meetings and have their problems redressed, the press release informed.

    Those who go the City Corporation Office are not given proper reply, then what is the use of having a public contact meetings. Any way God Bless MCC and hope they really mean what they are telling and do some good for the citizens of Mangalore.
