Mangalore, Jul 26: Public awareness convention and motivation camp will be held by Nava Jeevana Samithi in association with   Jana Jagruthi Vedike (Public Awareness Forum) at Abhishekh Hall of Kadri temple here on Sunday July 29, said Mohammad Ismail, president of Jana Jagruthi Vedike. 

He was speaking in the press conference here on Friday July 26. 

The camp will be inaugurated by Dharmadikari Veerendra Hegde of Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala and the programme will be chaired by Yogish Bhat the local MLA. 

Former minister B Ramanatha Rai, Ullal MLA UT Khader, Bunts association president Ajit Kumar Rai Maladi former minister and president of Jana Jagruthi convention of Udupi and Dakshina Kannada districts Vasant Salian, DK Congress vice-president Ivan D'Souza will be the chief guests on the occasion. 

The programmes of the day will begin with stage programme in which the members of the Nava Jeevana Samithi will share their experience. This will be followed by cultural programme. 

Later the human resource officer of Jana Jagruthi Vedike Vivek Vincent Pais will give information on "the role of the members of Nava Jeevana Samithi in creating the society that is free from evils like arrack."

The programmes of the day will conclude with mimicry by the mimicry artiste Pattabhi Rama Sulia, said Ismail to the press persons.

Purushottama P K, Bhaskar Baikampady, Sadashiva Shetty, Sridhar Holla were present at the press conference.
