How ridiculous for MESCOM to start recovery drive like Banks doing for loans. What prevented them from disconnecting power connections of defaulters ? When they allow some people to enjoy electricity without paying for , then how MESCOM is justified in demanding a rise in the Tariffs ? Or is the present drive an eyewash to convince the higher ups that they are serious in recovering dues Will MESCOM explain this to the public?
