Srinidhi Associate and Sagas Auto Tech Pvt Ltd: District in charge minister B Nagaraj Shetty will inaugurate the distribution of LPG kits. The function will be presided over by the Saga Auto Tech director Sanjay Shamanur and the chief guest will be MLAs J Krishna Palemar, V Sunil Kumar and Corporation bank chief manager P O Rodriques. The function will be held at the Woodlands hotel, Mangalore, at 10.30 am.

Nagarika Hitarakshana Vedike (NHV), Mangaladevi: The vedike will be inaugurated by the Lokayukta Justice Santhosh Hegde. SDM college principal Dr B K Raveendra will preside, Human rights protection forum president Ravindranath Shanbagh, NHV president G Hanumanth Kamath will be chief guests at Rama Laxminarayana Convention hall, Yemmekere, Mangalore at 11 am.

Karnataka Fisheries Development Corporation (KFDC): The KFDC Ice plant will be inaugurated by the Minister for Fisheries B Nagaraj Shetty. Medical education minister V S Acharya will distribute life saving equipments. Chairman of the Corporation K Laxminarayana will preside over the function held at Malpe at 2 pm.

International Association of Lions Clubs: District awards nite ceremony at Loyola hall, St. Aloysius College, Mangalore at 3 pm.

Malpe Mechanised Trawl Boat Fishermen’s Co-operative Society: MLA Raghupati Bhat will preside over the function, for inaugurating high mast light and other facilities. This function will be held at the Fisheries Harbour, at 3.30 pm.
