Mangalore, Jul 6: A workshop on ‘Entrance to Kannada Poetry’ will be organized by Sandesha Lalithakala Mahavidyalaya in association with Ninaasam Foundation at Sandesha Kalabhavan here on Saturday July 14 and Sunday July 15.

The workshop will include lectures, analysis of few preferred Kannada texts, screening of videos and CDs, interaction and group discussions, etc, according to a press release.

Students from all colleges under Mangalore University are qualified to participate, according to the release.

Those interested may register their names at Sandesha Kalabhavan along with a recommendation letter from the principal, before Tuesday July 10. The registration fee is Rs 100. The participants will be given a gift of Kannada books and a certificate at the end of the workshop.
