Mangalore, Jun 29: Bharatiya Nritya Sabha will be inaugurated on Thursday July 7, said honourary president of the Sabha Dr C K Balakrishna while addressing a press meet here on Thursday June 28.
The inauguration will be held at Town Hall at 6 pm. Bharatanatyam artiste Jayalakshmi Alva will inaugurate the Sabha.
The inaugural over will be presided over by AG Bhat, the honourary president, said.
The Sabha aims to provide a platform for budding artistes to showcase their talents in arts. It is also a forum to meet people who have achieved significant feats in the field of arts like Bharatanatyam.
