Mangalore, Jun 29: The bodies of three sailors who died in the DenDen ship tragedy have been sent to Eritrea through air cargo.

The bodies were sent to Mumbai by Jet Airways flight from where further arrangements were made to send the bodies to Eritrea.

In addition, seven sailors who were staying at a hotel here have been hospitalized due to fever and throat ache.  As they remained at the sea for long when their ship was wrecked, they seemed to have been taken ill.

A representative of Ghana has also arrived at the city to oversee the repatriation of three of his countrymen.
