Mangalore, Jun 29: Members of Mennabettu Panchayat distributed school note books to the poor and the needy students of St Mary’s Higher Primary School of Kinnogoli near here recently.
Nearly 150 set of books were distributed to the students by the panchayat president Savitri Shetty and members Ganghadhar and Susheela.
Teachers of the school Baptist D’Souza and Rosy Pinto expressed their gratitude for the generous help of the members of the Panchayat.
