Mumbai, Jun 28: The 24th additional metropolitan magistrate’s court in Borivli on Tuesday ordered the Malad police to investigate into a complaint filed by actress Dolly Bindra against item girl Koena Mitra, Bobby Darling alias Pankaj Sharma, director Alok Srivastava and Mairaj Shah alias Don.
Bindra had alleged that Mitra, Bobby Darling, Srivastava and Shah were conspiring to kill her.
“Don had called me many times and threatened to kill me. He claimed to be doing this on Koena’s behalf. Also Bobby Darling, who asked for Rs 30 lakh from me, had filed a false harassment complaint against me.”
