Kundapur, Jun 25: Confidence of customers is the keystone of success said IDBI Bank Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) V P Shetty, after inaugurating the 435th branch of IDBI Bank in Kundapur.
In the survey conducted by consumer voice backed by the union ministry of consumer affairs IDBI bank had secured the highest over all satisfaction score rated by the customers. Referring to this positive survey, he appealed to members to understand the products and market them vigorously. This according to him will greatly enhance the business of the Bank in the today’s competitive environment, he opined.
He further stated that IDBI bank has outlayed a plan to mobilize one lakh accounts during the current year.
Deputy managing director D V Bondel, official head H S Kamath, C S Jain and Ramesh were present on the occasion.
