Mangalore, Jun 22: Syndicate Bank launched its ‘Synd Small Credit’ a scheme to provide financial assistance to small entrepreneurs at a programme held at the Bank’s Golden Jubilee auditorium here on Thursday June 21.
Speaking on the occasion, Bank chairman and managing directory C P Swarnekar said that the Bank has always strived to contribute to the society by means of loans and credit schemes.
The scheme is tied up with the Pigmy Plus 2007 scheme and under it, the Bank will provide a loan of Rs 1.50 lac to customers which will cover the cost of economic activity, redemption of high cost private debt and door-step delivery.
